Fried eggs are one of the simplest things to make. Even kitchen beginners can make them as part of a nutritious, protein-packed breakfast! Our method produces egg whites with lacy, crispy edges, while the yolks are perfectly cooked on top. It’s also super fast — the eggs fry to perfection in about a minute.
We fry our eggs in Garlic Gold® Oil, of course. Then for even more crunch and garlic goodness, we top them off with a sprinkle of our Sea Salt Nuggets. They’re the most flavorful eggs you’ll ever try! Serve them on top of whole wheat toast for breakfast, or try them on top of burgers or spaghetti for dinner.

Before you fry each egg, crack it into a small bowl. This makes it way easier to pour the egg into the pan without breaking the yolk.

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium high heat, then add a generous amount of Garlic Gold® Oil. It’ll give off a little wisp of smoke when it’s hot and ready to go!

Fry the eggs for about a minute, tilting the pan to spoon the oil on top of the whites to cook them even more quickly. When the edges are lacy and brown and the whites are fully cooked, top the eggs with Garlic Gold® Sea Salt Nuggets and serve right away.
