Garlic Gold® Nuggets: A Topping and Ingredient
With six different flavors of nuggets, we love incorporating their crunchy, garlicky goodness into many different dishes. We like to use the Sea Salt, Parmesan, and Original varieties as toppings, adding punch to casseroles, pasta dishes, and salads. Our spiced varieties (Southwest, Italian Herb, and Herbs de Provence) are great for incorporating into sauces and marinades, giving you the convenience of a spice blend and chopped, toasty garlic all in one ingredient.
Garlic Gold® Oil: Sauté and Drizzle Away
This stuff is liquid gold — we love cooking with our pure, organic olive oil infused with deeply flavorful roasted garlic. It adds depth of flavor to stir-fried and roasted vegetables — just toss them in a couple tablespoons of oil before cooking. Drizzled on slices of crusty, toasted artisan bread, it makes the best bruschetta you’ve ever had. We even use it in place of butter in our macaroni and cheese!
Garlic Gold® Vinaigrettes: Salad Dressing and Marinade
People are always telling us that in addition to dressing salads, they love using our vinaigrettes to marinate salmon, chicken, and steak. We couldn’t agree more — salmon fillets marinated with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette are delicious grilled or pan-sautéed to tender perfection. Our Balsamic Vinaigrette pairs perfectly with flank steak and sirloin, while our Red Wine Vinaigrette is a great marinade for roasted chicken.
