- 2 large globe artichokes
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
- Garlic Gold® Nuggets
- Garlic Gold® Oil
Trim artichoke leaves and top. Remove stems, cutting so that artichoke stands straight and upright. Steam artichokes for 45 minutes or until fork tender. Gently open leaves and remove choke, leaving heart and leaves. Set artichoke bowl upright on plate and fill with Garlic Gold® Oil and Nuggets. Sprinkle sea salt and fresh ground pepper over all, to taste. Dip leaves in Garlic Gold® and eat. When leaves are finished, cut heart into several pieces and enjoy.
Serves 2-4 depending on size of artichoke.
