Organic Ingredients Needed:
- 5oz. Spring Mix
- Tomato
- 1/8 Cabbage
- 1/2 Cucumber
- Carrot
- Green Pepper
- 1/4 Onion
- 1/4 lemon
- Fresh Ginger
- Brown Stoneground or Yellow Mustard
- 6-8 Toasted Sushi Nori Sheets
- Garlic Gold® Sea Salt Nuggets
- Garlic Gold® Oil
- Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt (optional)
In a bowl, cut prepackaged Spring Mix (or fresh lettuce, spinach and arugula) into smaller pieces, and chop in tomato and onion. Grate in cabbage, carrot, pepper, cucumber and some fresh ginger. Add a tablespoon of Garlic Gold® Oil and 3 Tablespoons of Garlic Gold® Sea Salt Nuggets, squeeze in lemon and mix together.
Take a sheet of Toasted Sushi Nori, place it on a flat dish and with a spoon, scoop up desired amount of ingredients and put in middle of sheet. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard, additional salt (if needed), and wrap up.
Makes approximately 6-8 wraps.
