Ingredients:
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, cut into 1” strips
- 1 English cucumber, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Garlic Gold® Red Wine Vinaigrette
- ¼ cup fat free crumbled feta
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1. Toss all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Serve immediately.
