Ingredients:
- 1/4lb Penne Pasta
- 2-4 TBSP Garlic Gold®
- Juice ½ Lemon
- ¼ Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 4oz Bleu d’Auvergne cheese coarsely crumbled
- 1 cup Earthboud Farm Organic Fresh Herb Salad
- Sea salt and Pepper to taste
Cook Pasta aldente’. Place Garlic Gold®, lemon juice, walnuts, cheese and greens in a large serving bowl or deep platter. When pasta is cooked drain and immediately toss with ingredients in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with additional oil if needed.
