Warm Goat Cheese Salad: Combine breadcrumbs and Herbs de Provence Nuggets in a food processor. Coat ⅓-inch thick medallions of goat cheese with the mixture, then sauté in a small amount of Garlic Gold® Oil for about 30 seconds a side, until warm and golden brown. Serve over spring greens dressed with Garlic Gold® Balsamic vinaigrette.
Cucumber Sticks with Yogurt Sauce: These are one of our favorite afternoon snacks — they’re hydrating, low calorie, and full of crunch! Stir Garlic Gold® Sea Salt Nuggets into plain Greek yogurt, dip in cucumber sticks, and enjoy.
Garlic Deviled Eggs: Update your favorite deviled egg recipe! Add a tablespoon of Garlic Gold® Oil to the yolk mixture before piping it into the egg white halves, then sprinkle Garlic Gold® Nuggets (original flavor) on top. These are an awesome Easter appetizer.
Italian Meatballs: Italian Herb Nuggets have all the flavor of Italian seasoning and chopped garlic in one easy sprinkle! Stir a few tablespoons into a pound of ground beef or turkey, along with a half cup of breadcrumbs, a large egg, and a quarter cup of water. Roll into ¼-cup balls and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes, until cooked through and golden brown.
Whole Wheat Tortilla Pizza: Serve this with a side salad for a light and easy lunch or dinner. Spread pizza sauce on a whole wheat tortilla, sprinkle lightly with mozzarella cheese, and bake in the toaster oven ‘til cheese is bubbly and tortilla is golden brown. Sprinkle with Garlic Gold® Parmesan Nuggets, cut into wedges, and serve.
