- 2 large pieces Lavash flatbread or 4 12-inch flour tortillas
- 2 Tablespoons Garlic Gold® Nuggets in Garlic Gold® Oil
- 1 Tablespoon coarsely ground sea salt
- 1 Tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
Preheat grill to medium if you are using a gas grill; if you are using charcoal or wood to grill, light the charcoal/wood and wait until the embers are red-hot. While the grill is preheating,combine salt and pepper in a small dish. Set Aside. Brush flatbread all over both sides with the Garlic Gold® Nuggets in Garlic Gold® Oil. Sprinkle the top of the Lavash bread with the salt and pepper mixture.
Grill the Lavash bread, one piece at a time, on a hot grill until lightly toasted; do not turn it over, just grill on the one side for about 1 minute. Set aside on a wire rack or cookie sheet to cool. Cut or break the grilled lavash bread into large pieces. Serve with our delicious Garlic Zucchini Tahini Dip, your favorite salsa or dip, or eat as is.
