Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons Garlic Gold Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette
- 1 pound fresh asparagus, stalks trimmed
- 1 generous pinch sugar (aids in the browning)
Place all ingredients in a one gallon zipper bag and shake to mix. Marinate up to an hour. Preheat broiler. Place drained asparagus on a cookie sheet lined with non-stick foil. Broil until slightly browned,3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately or place in a warm oven until ready to use.
