Beer Bread with Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose unbleached white flour
- ½ cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 2 Tablespoons raw sugar
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Teaspoon sea salt
- 1 Teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 ½ cups toasted salted pumpkin seeds
- 1 ½ cups flat beer
- ¼ cup Garlic Gold® Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Adjust oven rack to middle position. Grease an 8½ by 4½ inch loaf pan.Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix well. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.Bake until golden brown and a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean, about 45 minutes. Allow loaf to cool for 5 minutes, then turn over and take loaf out of pan. Slice and serve as is or lightly grilled.
