- 2 large Garnet yams
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Gold® Oil
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Gold® Sea Salt Nuggets
1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Peel the yams and slice them into large matchsticks. Spread out on the cookie sheet and toss with Garlic Gold Oil. Bake for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and starting to brown.
3. Sprinkle with Sea Salt Nuggets and serve with organic ketchup.
