I love garlic. I like a touch of citrus that brightens up the flavor of a dish. And I like getting in my greens.
I also love Garlic Gold®.
Like I said, I love garlic. I like the convenience of the products. And I love supporting small companies.
That being said, if you don’t have Garlic Gold®, there are some substitutions you can make, as noted below.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch kale
- 1 T Garlic Gold® oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Gold® Sea Salt nuggets
- 2 tsp Garlic Gold® Meyer lemon vinaigrette
In a large skillet over medium, heat the oil. Add the kale and cook, stirring occasionally, until bright green and wilted. Remove from heat. Add the nuggets and vinaigrette, and toss before serving.
*Notes:
If you don’t have the Garlic Gold® oil, replace with 1 T olive oil and 2 tsp garlic powder.
If you don’t have the Garlic Gold® nuggets, replace with 2 minced garlic cloves.
If you don’t have the Garlic Gold® vinaigrette, replace with your favorite vinaigrette.
