- Southwest Salmon: Marinate salmon steaks in equal parts lime juice and Garlic Gold® Oil for just 20 minutes, then grill over high heat for a few minutes on each side, ‘til just cooked through. We love using a grill basket so it’s super easy to flip delicate fish. Then, just before serving, sprinkle generously with Garlic Gold® Southwest Nuggets
- Vegan Caprese Salad: Layer ½-inch thick slices of firm tofu and fresh heirloom tomatoes with whole basil leaves. Drizzle with a few tablespoons of Garlic Gold® Balsamic Vinaigrette just before serving.
- Garlic Grilled Corn, Mexican Style: Grill cobs of corn until toasty and browned. Spread a mixture of equal parts mayonnaise and Garlic Gold® Nuggets in Oil onto the freshly grilled cobs of corn, then sprinkle with chili powder and serve with wedges of lime.
- Mediterranean Orzo Pasta Salad: Toss cooked orzo pasta with Garlic Gold® Red Wine Vinaigrette, then fold in diced cucumbers, red onions, and tomatoes, along with chopped fresh oregano and crumbled feta cheese.
- Garlic Teriyaki Flank Steak: Marinate a 2-pound flank steak for 12 hours or overnight in ¼ cup Garlic Gold® Nuggets in Oil, ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, and ½ teaspoon ground ginger. Grill just until medium-rare (about 8 minutes per side), let rest for 15 minutes, slice and serve.
