Here are our five of our favorite snack and lunchbox ideas with Garlic Gold®!
- Garlic Nachos:
Spread out tortilla chips on a baking dish. Sprinkle with low-fat grated cheese, sliced black olives, and pinto beans. Toast until the cheese is melty and warmed through, then top with salsa and Garlic Gold® Southwest Nuggets. Serve hot. - Turkey Sandwiches:
Spread a slice of whole wheat bread with mustard, then sprinkle Garlic Gold® Nuggets on top. Layer on sliced turkey, tomatoes, and a leaf of romaine lettuce. Top with a second layer of bread, slice in half and serve. - Deviled Eggs:
Slice hard boiled eggs in half, then mash the yolks with Garlic Gold® Oil and a dollop of plain, low-fat yogurt. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites, top with Garlic Gold® Sea Salt Nuggets and serve. - Hummus and Veggie Sticks:
Top store-bought hummus with a swirl of Garlic Gold® Nuggets in Oil. Serve with sliced cucumbers, radishes, celery and carrot sticks. - Frittata Bites:
Whisk together egg whites, defrosted chopped spinach, sliced green onions and Garlic Gold® Italian Herb Nuggets. Heat Garlic Gold® Oil in a nonstick pan, then pour in the egg mixture and cover. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until everything is cooked through. Slide onto a plate, cut into bites and serve.
