- Stone Fruit Salad: Your favorite summer fruits aren’t just for dessert anymore! They’re wonderful tossed into a salad, too. Combine slices of nectarines and plums with arugula and romaine lettuce, then toss with Garlic Gold® Balsamic Vinaigrette. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top if desired.
- Garlic Bourbon Burgers: In a small saucepan, heat a jar of peach jam, ¼ cup of bourbon, ¼ cup of white vinegar, and a tablespoon of sriracha sauce over medium-low heat. Simmer for five minutes, turn off the heat, then stir in ¼ cup of Garlic Gold® Nuggets. Sauté hamburgers, then brush with glaze just before serving.
- Pineapple Salsa: Toss diced pineapple, red onions, seeded and chopped jalapeños, and chopped cilantro with a big spoonful of Garlic Gold® Nuggets in Oil. Serve over grilled or broiled fish, chicken, or steak.
- Southwestern Quesadilla: Sprinkle a flour tortilla with shredded Mexican cheese, diced cooked chicken, black beans, and Garlic Gold® Southwest Nuggets. Heat a tablespoon of Garlic Gold® Oil in a medium (10-inch) nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the loaded tortilla in the skillet, fold in half, cover, and let cook until browned on the bottom. Flip and continue to cook until browned on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Shrimp and Noodle Salad: Cook vermicelli noodles, drain, and rinse with cool water. Toss with shredded romaine lettuce, grated carrots, and thinly sliced bell peppers. Toss with Garlic Gold® Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette, top with cooked shrimp, and serve.
