Spring is the perfect season for brunch entertaining. Whether you’re hosting a Mother’s Day celebration or inviting friends over for a relaxed weekend meal, try some of our easy ideas for your next get together!
- Savory Garlic Waffles: Using your favorite waffle batter recipe, substitute Garlic Gold® Oil for the butter, omit any sugar and salt, and stir in two tablespoons of Garlic Gold® Sea Salt Nuggets. Cook waffles until golden brown and serve with a fried egg on top.
- Artichoke Frittata: Drizzle some Garlic Gold® Oil into a casserole dish to coat the bottom evenly, then pour in eggs beaten with our Parmesan Nuggets. Layer in defrosted artichoke hearts and sliced roasted red peppers, top with cracked black pepper, and bake at 425ºF until the frittata is brown on top and cooked through.
- Spinach and Strawberry Salad: Toss baby spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, and toasted sliced almonds in our Balsamic Vinaigrette.
- Two Ingredient Hollandaise: In a double boiler, whisk a bottle of Garlic Gold® Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette with two egg yolks until thickened and lightened in color. Serve over eggs benedict, asparagus, or with steamed artichokes.
- Garlic Biscuits: Make your favorite biscuit recipe (homemade or store-bought dough), brush the tops of the biscuits with beaten egg, then sprinkle with a layer of Garlic Gold® Nuggets. Bake as directed, until fluffy and golden brown.
