- 3 tablespoons Garlic Gold (Nuggets in Oil)
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1/2 cup lime or lemon juice, preferably fresh
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 pounds flank steak
Mix all of the above ingredients, except steak. Put steak in a large Ziploc baggie and pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. BBQ!
Can be served with steamed sticky rice, in a warm flour tortilla, or even, sliced thinly, atop a green salad! Delicious!
