I love cooking with garlic but don’t always like doing the mincing… and cleaning up. And jarred garlic just doesn’t cut it for me. Enter Garlic Gold® Nuggets. I’m in heaven. They’re little hand-made bits of toasted, mild, crunchy organic garlic. So good just sprinkled on veggies or pasta or whatever else needs a little kick and crunch. I just tried them in this Garlic Gold® Feta Chicken I made tonight. The Nuggets softened and gave the dish a fabulous garlicky flavor that blended perfectly with the feta. I highly recommend the Nuggets which is why I just added them to my Open Sky Shop – it only features products I would buy and use myself. Promise.
Cook Time: 25 min
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, divided
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese with basil and tomato
- 1 tsp Garlic Gold® Nuggets
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange chicken in 13×9-inch baking dish.
Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of the lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with feta cheese and Garlic Gold® Nuggets. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
