Stuffed Parsley Mushrooms with Garlic Crunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. button mushrooms, stems removed
  • 3 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Garlic Gold® Oil
  • Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
  • 3 oz. Garlic Gold®

Instructions:

Place mushrooms upside down in a parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle parsley over top & drizzle Garlic Gold® Oil on each cap. Add salt and a dash of cayenne pepper. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. Remove mushrooms from oven and place Garlic Gold® in the bowl of the mushroom bottom. Serve immediately.
