Spicy Roasted Garlic Broccoli

When you roast vegetables they concentrate in flavor, becoming sweet and golden brown. If you’re used to steaming broccoli, try roasting it for a change — you’ll love the way the little florets become crisp around the edges! Simply cut up a couple heads of broccoli, toss them with Garlic Gold® Oil, and add chopped chili peppers for spice if you please. It’s a great weeknight side dish, perfect alongside roast chicken or meatloaf.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Spread out the broccoli florets and chopped chilis on the baking sheet, and drizzle with Garlic Gold® Oil.
  3. Roast until broccoli is cooked through and brown around the edges, about 30 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with Garlic Gold® Sea Salt Nuggets and serve.
