Pasta with Bleu Cheese and Walnuts

Ingredients:

  • 1/4lb Penne Pasta
  • 2-4 TBSP Garlic Gold®
  • Juice ½ Lemon
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 4oz Bleu d’Auvergne cheese coarsely crumbled
  • 1 cup Earthboud Farm Organic Fresh Herb Salad
  • Sea salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Cook Pasta aldente’. Place Garlic Gold®, lemon juice, walnuts, cheese and greens in a large serving bowl or deep platter. When pasta is cooked drain and immediately toss with ingredients in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with additional oil if needed.
