How to: Make Bruschetta in 3 Steps

Nothing is more romantic than cooking dinner for two. This Valentine’s Day, we’re making it easy with Garlic Gold®! This week’s How To shows you how to make the easiest, most delicious appetizer: crunchy bruschetta with a flavorful tomato topping. Stay tuned next week for the main dish, too!

Instructions:
- Make the tomato topping. Combine seeded, chopped tomatoes with Garlic Gold® Balsamic Vinaigrette. You can blanch and peel the tomatoes first for a more refined texture if you like!
- Toast the bread. Brush a thin layer of Garlic Gold® Oil onto slices of Italian bread or baguette, then toast the bread until golden brown.
- Spoon the topping onto the bread and serve. Oh, and don’t forget to sprinkle some fresh basil and Garlic Gold@ Sea Salt Nuggets on top!
