Garlicky Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 8-ounce brick cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small white onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Gold Southwestern Nuggets
  • ¼ medium jalapeño, minced fine
  • sea salt to taste
  • dash of ground black pepper

Instructions:

Mash avocado or whirl in food processor with the cream cheese. Combine with the rest of the ingredients and serve.

Yield:

Serves 4-6
