Garlic Gold Flank Steak

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Garlic Gold (Nuggets in Oil)
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice
  • 1/2 cup lime or lemon juice, preferably fresh
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 2 pounds flank steak

Instructions:

Mix all of the above ingredients, except steak. Put steak in a large Ziploc baggie and pour marinade over meat. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight. BBQ!

Can be served with steamed sticky rice, in a warm flour tortilla, or even, sliced thinly, atop a green salad! Delicious!
