It’s citrus season in California, and you know what that means: It’s time to stock up on Garlic Gold® Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette! It’s got plenty of zing from our fresh, organic ingredients. Locally grown Meyer lemon juice takes the place of vinegar, and it’s complemented perfectly by our garlic-infused oil and a blend of Italian herbs and spices.
This salad couldn’t be simpler to make. Slice up some oranges, toast a handful of walnuts, and that’s all the advance preparation required! The oranges are served on a bed of spinach and arugula, with plenty of Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette drizzled on top. This is a great dinner salad any night, but it’s pretty enough to serve for a special occasion. Use one variety of oranges, or a few different kinds for a gorgeous ombré effect!Print
