4 ounces low-fat cream cheese
4 ounces reduced calorie cheddar cheese, grated
1 tablespoon Garlic Gold® Nuggets
Put cream cheese and grated cheese into food processor with Garlic Gold® Nuggets. Process to mix. Then chill mixture for 1 hour. Roll into one large ball or several smaller balls. Roll balls in chopped pecans.
Add chopped sundried tomatoes to cheese mixture.
Make into log rather than a ball.
Mix fresh herbs and/or grated lemon rind into cheese mixture.
Drain 1 carton of nonfat yogurt through fine mesh strainer in refrigerator until thick as cream cheese. Use in place of cream cheese.
